During the registration analysis, our team may perform:

• Confirmation of CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID), passport, or equivalent document from the country of residence;

• Verification of phone number, email, and other contact methods;

• Confirmation of the geographic location provided by the professional;

• Analysis of the declared professional activity;

• Verification of professional profiles on social networks and digital platforms;

• Assessment of professional online presence, including websites, portfolios, and customer service channels;

• Validation of certificates, professional registrations, licenses, and qualifications when applicable to the activity performed;

• Evaluation of the professional and commercial references provided by the professional;

• Verification of public reviews available on digital platforms and search engines;

• Analysis of professional history and declared experience;

• Monitoring recurring public complaints related to professional activity, when available;

• Periodic confirmation of registration information to maintain an active profile.

BR Autônomos may also request additional documents, identification videos, proof of residence, proof of professional activity, contracts, certificates, or other elements that assist in validating the information provided.

Following initial approval, professionals remain subject to ongoing evaluations based on the quality of services provided, fulfillment of commitments made, and feedback received from clients. Profiles that present inconsistent information, inappropriate behavior, or non-compliance with platform policies may be suspended or removed at any time.

It is important to highlight that BR Autônomos conducts verification procedures based on information provided by professionals, submitted documents, and publicly available information, always observing applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). The validation process does not constitute certification, an absolute guarantee of suitability, or an endorsement of the professional's technical capacity; it is the client's responsibility to analyze the information provided and make their hiring decision.
